DESCRIPTION

• Robust steel structure designed for intensive use in personalisation workshops, shops, or event production
• Compact design, suitable for placement on any table or work surface without the need for special installation
• Automatic pressing system that joins the upper part of the die with parts A and B without the need to use your hands
• 3 operating modes:
  • Front button: activates pressing by pressing the front button of the machine
  • Pedal: allows pressing to be activated while keeping your hands free to prepare the badge components
  • Side switch: pressing is performed automatically when sliding the tray between the dies
• Sliding tray with side handles to move between parts A and B. It is magnetised for easy placement and changing of dies
• Digital control panel for easy management of the machine's operation

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Operates with maximum pressure and about 2 seconds of pressing. Carry out preliminary tests before starting production
• Some dies require washers to adjust the badge to the die and ensure correct assembly during pressing

INSTALLATION AND USAGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MACHINE

STEP 1. INSTALLING THE DIE

• Insert the upper part of the die into the machine. The fixing pin must match the corresponding hole until it is properly fitted. Screw in the bolt so it is fully secured
• Place part A of the die in the left slot of the movable base. The letter on the die should face forwards
• Place part B of the die in the right slot of the movable base. The letter on the die should face forwards
• Ensure that the pins of parts A and B are aligned with the hole in the upper die through which it will be inserted during pressing

STEP 2. TURNING ON THE MACHINE

• Plug the machine into the socket
• Switch it on using the ON/OFF switch located on the side
• Use the digital control panel to set the operating parameters
• Carry out a test pressing to check that the die is correctly installed

STEP 3. CUSTOMISING BADGES

• Select the die according to the shape and size of the badges you wish to customise
• Print and cut out the design. For a clean and precise cut, you can use: circular cutter, die cutter, or plotter. It is recommended to use templates to facilitate this process
• Place the front part of the badge in die A with the sharp edge facing down
• Place the printed design and the transparent protective film on top
• Slide the carriage of the machine to align the upper die with die A. The machine will press automatically or when the button or pedal is activated
• Place the back part of the badge (pin, magnet, bottle opener, etc.) in die B with the edge facing up
• Add the washers, only if the dies include them
• Slide the carriage again to align the upper die with die B and activate the pressing
• Move the carriage again to remove the now customised badge

SAFETY TIPS

• Keep the machine out of reach of children
• Before installing or removing the dies, ensure the machine is switched off
• Never place your fingers between the upper and lower dies while working. The piston could be accidentally activated
