DESCRIPTION
- Evolution machine, compact and portable. Desktop model, can be placed on any table or stand
- Ready to use. Comes pre-assembled. No installation required
- Ergonomic manual lever handle
- Easy to use. Simply place the mould for the size of the round badge you wish to customise into the machine and follow the instructions below
- High-quality chrome steel circular moulds:
- Each mould has 3 parts: Part A, Part B and the Top Part (which indicates the badge size)
- Quick and easy to swap, no tools required
- The badges supplied are made of chrome steel. You can purchase additional badges in Related Products
- A complete badge consists of:
- 1 transparent protective sheet (acetate)
- 1 front metal plate for placing the design
- 1 back metal plate, which varies depending on the model: pin, magnet, bottle opener, bottle opener keyring or mirror

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- With the Evolution machine you can also customise round badges of other models and sizes not included in the pack. You just need to purchase the mould separately
- In Related Products you will find moulds for customising badges with special shapes (triangular, oval, etc.) in various sizes and models (pin, magnet, mirror...)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE EVOLUTION BADGE MACHINE
STEP 1: ASSEMBLING THE MOULD
- Each mould consists of 3 parts. Identify and separate Part A, Part B and the Top Part
- Place the Top Part into the machine
- Ensure the fixing pin of the Top Part aligns with the hole in the machine
- Place Part A in the slot marked “A” and Part B in the slot marked “B”
- The positioning pins of Parts A and B must be placed inside the machine
STEP 2: ASSEMBLING THE BADGES
- Place the front of the badge in Part A of the mould with the sharp edge facing down. Then place the printed paper you have previously cut with a cutter or die on top, followed by the transparent protective sheet for the badge
- Rotate the base until the Top Part is aligned with Part A. Hold the badge machine with one hand, push the lever down to the stop and then return it upwards
- Place the back of the badge (pin, magnet, keyring, etc.) in Part B of the mould, with the sharp edge facing up
- Try to align the Top Part of the mould with the positioning pin to ensure correct orientation. To make pin badges with a metal back and magnetic badges, it is necessary to insert one or two washers in Part B (depending on the thickness of the badge). These washers are supplied with the moulds that require them
- Rotate the base of the machine until the Top Part aligns with Part B. Push the lever down to the stop and then return it upwards
- Rotate the base of the machine again and remove the finished badge
