Social Media Privacy Policy

In accordance with the provisions of the current and applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), BRILDOR SL informs users to have created a profile on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube with the main purpose of advertising their products and services.

BRILDOR SL:

The user has a profile on the same Social Media and has decided to join the page created by BRILDOR SL, showing interest in the information advertised on the Network. By joining our page, the customer has given their consent for the processing of their personal data published in their profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time, and can also configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

BRILDOR SL can access and process the user's public information, especially the user's contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network itself. They are not incorporated into any processing system.

 

Rights of Data Subjects

In relation to the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, which you have and which can be exercised before BRILDOR SL, in accordance with the GDPR, you must take into account the following points:

  • Right of Access: this is the user's right to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that has been or will be carried out, as well as the information available about its origin and the communications made or planned for said data.
  • Right to Rectification: this is the right of the data subject to have data modified if it proves to be inaccurate or incomplete. This can only be carried out for information that is under the control of BRILDOR SL, for example, deleting comments published on the page itself, images or web content containing the user's personal data.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: this is the right to limit the purposes of the processing held by the data controller.
  • Right to Erasure: this is the right to delete the user's personal data, with the exception of the provisions of the GDPR itself or other applicable regulations that determine the obligatory nature of the conservation of the same, in time and form.
  • Right to Data Portability: allows individuals to move, copy or transfer personal data easily from one IT environment to another in a safe and secure way, without hindrance to usability.
  • Right to Object: the right of the user not to have their personal data processed or to stop the processing of such data by BRILDOR SL.

BRILDOR SL will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to the public information of the profile.
  • Publishing on the user's profile all information already posted on the BRILDOR SL website.
  • Sending personal and individual messages through Social Network channels.
  • Updates on the status of the page to be published on the user's profile.

The user can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer relevant to them and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings.

 

Posts

The user, once linked to the BRILDOR SL website, will be able to publish comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user, in all cases, must be the owner of such content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties concerned. Any publication on the site, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited. In these cases, BRILDOR SL reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

BRILDOR SL shall not be held responsible for the contents freely published by a user.

The user must bear in mind that his publications will be visible to other users, so the user himself is the main responsible for his privacy.

The images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any processing system by BRILDOR SL, but they will remain on the Social Network.

 

Giveaways & Promotions

BRILDOR SL reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions, in which the user linked to its page may participate. The rules of each of them will be published on the Social Network platform when used for this purpose. Always complying with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

 

Advertising

BRILDOR SL will use Social Media to advertise its products and services, in any case, if it decides to use your contact details to carry out direct commercial prospecting actions, it will always be in compliance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the BRILDOR SL website to other users so that they can also enjoy promotions or be informed of its activity will not be considered advertising.
