Is there any interest?

Payment in 3 instalments is interest-free when the instalments are paid within the established deadline. 
With the 4-instalment option, a small fixed service fee of 1% of the purchase amount applies, which will be clearly displayed during the payment process.

When is each payment made?

  • First instalment at the time of purchase.
  • Second instalment: 1 month after the day of purchase.
  • Third/Fourth and final instalment (as applicable): 2 or 3 months after the day of purchase.

What do I need to pay with Scalapay?

You need to create or have a Scalapay account and link a compatible payment method, such as a credit, debit or prepaid card.

Can I pay my instalments early?

Yes. You can pay one or more instalments before their due date through the Scalapay app, with no additional charges.

What happens if something unexpected comes up?

Don't worry, you can reschedule your instalment through the Scalapay app.

Can I return my order?

Returns are managed in accordance with Brildor's return policy. Once the return has been approved, Scalapay will adjust or cancel the outstanding instalments and, where applicable, refund payments already made.
