4. Limited Warranty

BRILDOR SL is liable for any lack of conformity in all products offered on the website for a period of three years from the date of delivery, provided that the product is intended for private use and the buyer is a consumer.

In the case of manufacturing defects in machinery, the warranty period is one year if the product is intended for professional use and/or is classified as professional, regardless of whether the buyer is a business or a consumer. The warranty may be extended only if the manufacturer offers a longer coverage period and the machinery is used for private, non-professional purposes.

In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, any defect that appears within the first two years in new products is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the company can prove that the issue was caused by improper use.

BRILDOR SL provides an after-sales service during the warranty period. Customers may contact BRILDOR SL directly, the after-sales service department, via email at customersupport@brildor.com, or through service points designated by the supplier. For any queries, please contact our customer service via email at customersupport@brildor.com.

For perishable goods received in poor condition or past their expiry date, please contact us at customersupport@brildor.com. It is essential to follow the storage instructions indicated on the packaging and to check the expiry date. In all cases, the purchase receipt must be retained.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects present in the product. However, it does not cover items classified as consumables. Also excluded from warranty coverage are damages resulting from improper use of the machine, such as physical impact. Additionally, damages caused by environmental factors or electrical supply issues are not covered under the warranty.

For second-hand or refurbished products, the warranty period is six months unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Our technical support is provided at our facilities. Shipping costs for sending the machine to our premises and returning it to your workshop are covered during the warranty period. Once the warranty has expired, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

6. Delivery and Transport Costs

BRILDOR SL informs customers of the countries to which shipments are available:

Spain, Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland.

Users can calculate the shipping cost by accessing the shopping cart and selecting the destination. This will display the corresponding shipping fee.

Gibraltar

All invoices for customers based in Gibraltar are VAT-exempt.

Due to high customs clearance costs, we do not ship directly to Gibraltar. Orders must be collected at the courier’s depot in La Línea de la Concepción to minimise shipping costs and avoid customs procedures.

International Shipping

Our main market is within the European Union. Outside this area, we only dispatch to a limited number of countries listed above. Please check if your country is listed before placing your order.

The shipping cost calculated in the cart is for door-to-door delivery, but it does not include any import duties or local taxes that may apply in the destination country. Our shipments are subject to DAP Incoterms.

Some products can only be sold within Spain due to distribution agreements with suppliers. These products will be marked with a message in the cart: “This product can only be shipped within mainland Spain.”

The shipping cost shown is an estimate and may increase due to differences between actual and volumetric weight, parcel dimensions, current transport conditions, or other factors. If this occurs, BRILDOR SL will inform you of the change and offer options to proceed with the order or cancel it if preferred.

For orders outside Spain, items will be shipped once all components are available. You may place one order for urgent items and a separate one for the rest. Shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order.

BRILDOR SL is not responsible for any customs duties or charges.

7. Payment Methods

The customer may choose from the following payment methods when placing an order. You will be asked to select your preferred option during the checkout process:

VISA or MASTERCARD Credit Card

All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology. All transmitted information is encrypted over the network.

Credit card data is entered directly on the bank’s secure payment page (POS terminal) and is not stored or processed on any BRILDOR SL server.

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, you will be asked to provide the following: card number, expiration date, and a validation code (the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card). This ensures greater transaction security.

This payment method is only available on our website.

If a charge is made fraudulently or mistakenly using a card number, the cardholder may request an immediate cancellation of the transaction. In that case, both the debit and credit entries on the respective accounts will be reversed as quickly as possible.

However, if the purchase was in fact made by the cardholder and the refund request is not related to the exercise of the right of withdrawal or cancellation, and is therefore unjustified, the cardholder will be held liable to BRILDOR SL for any damages resulting from the cancellation.

Bank Transfer

A 1% administrative fee will be applied to bank transfers for orders under €150 (excluding VAT).

When selecting bank transfer, you will receive an email with BRILDOR SL’s banking details along with your order confirmation.

It is essential to indicate the order number and your full name in the payment reference, and to make the transfer within 7 days of the order confirmation date for it to be validated.

If you wish, you can send proof of payment by email to customersupport@brildor.com. However, the order will not be considered confirmed until our administration department receives the bank confirmation.

Payments must be made in EUROS. Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For international bank transfers, it is important that you instruct your bank to cover all fees at origin. If this is not done, BRILDOR SL may hold the shipment until full payment is received.

Any exchange rate differences or bank fees must be covered by the customer.

PayPal

A 2% surcharge is applied to PayPal payments (this is the fee PayPal charges us). Additionally, PayPal charges €1 to customers paying by card without a PayPal account — this amount is later refunded. No fee is applied for payments made with a PayPal account.

PayPal allows you to send payments securely and conveniently online. Its network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards, providing a global real-time payment solution. PayPal is ideal for customers dissatisfied with traditional payment methods.

8. Termination

BRILDOR SL informs that for orders of products produced on demand, once the order has been formalised, it will not be possible to cancel it if it has already entered the production phase. Therefore, the amount paid for the production service is not refundable, as we are unable to sell products produced on demand.

9. Delivery Performance

BRILDOR SL provides the following estimated delivery times based on destination:

  • International: Delivery within the European Union typically takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on the size and weight of the shipment. Small parcels (up to 3–5 kg) are shipped via air freight and are delivered faster. Please contact us for a more accurate estimate. Partial shipments are not available. For other destinations or non-mainland regions, delivery times may be longer. Please consult our Customer Service department before placing your order.

BRILDOR SL advises that delivery times refer only to working days in both the origin and destination locations. Delivery times may also be affected by logistical issues with the courier service.

The availability of products offered by BRILDOR SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although we update our stock regularly, it is possible that a product ordered by the customer may be out of stock at the time of purchase.

In the event of non-fulfilment due to unavailability, BRILDOR SL will notify the customer as soon as possible via email or the contact method provided. This communication will always occur within the originally estimated delivery timeframe. In such cases, if BRILDOR SL cannot provide the product within the agreed delivery period, the customer will be offered two possible solutions: 1) To receive, at no extra cost, a product with similar features or superior quality; or 2) A full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product.

10. Cancellation Rights

The customer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to cancel, from the day the customer receives the product, with no penalty and no indication of the reasons for the cancellation.

The customer must return the products subject to cancellation without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw was communicated.

The refund of the amount corresponding to the cancellation will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the cancellation decision was clearly and unequivocally communicated, provided that the goods in question have been received or the consumer has provided proof of having returned them — whichever occurs first. Otherwise, the refund may be withheld until the goods are received or the customer provides proof of return.

Please note that the user shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the items.

The cancellation rights may be exercised by contacting us by email at customersupport@brildor.com, by sending written notice to our postal address: CL CONSTITUCION PG INDUSTRIAL DE BENIMARFULL 7, 03827 BENIMARFULL (ALICANTE), Spain, or by submitting the Cancellation Form.

According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March (amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the cancellation rights does not apply to the supply of services or goods made to the consumer’s specifications, or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This includes the following exceptions:

Specifically, the cancellation right is excluded in the following cases:

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

11. Return of Goods

The customer must return or deliver the product directly to BRILDOR SL at the following address: CL CONSTITUCION Nº 7, PG INDUSTRIAL DE BENIMARFULL, 03827 BENIMARFULL (ALICANTE), Spain, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the cancellation right is exercised, or 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The deadline will be deemed met if the product is returned before the expiration of the specified period.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

BRILDOR SL provides the following information regarding return costs:

  • For mainland Spain, if you received a defective product, if it was damaged during shipping, or if we made an error in preparing the package, we will arrange collection through our courier at no cost to you.
  • For destinations outside mainland Spain, the return must be arranged by the customer through their own courier service, using the Incoterm “DDP Benimarfull”, meaning the customer is responsible for all shipping and customs costs.
  • If the reason for the return is not attributable to BRILDOR SL, the return must also be arranged by the customer, who will be responsible for both the outgoing and return shipping costs.

BRILDOR SL will only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns of unused products in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns of machines will not be accepted if the serial number has been registered on the manufacturer’s website or the software has been downloaded. Once this has been done, the machine is permanently and irreversibly linked to the customer. In most cases, a 30-day free demo version is available — we strongly recommend testing the demo before downloading the software.
  • For products sold by the metre (e.g., fabric or vinyl), returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. In the case of heat transfer vinyl, returns are accepted for cut-to-length orders only if 5 metres or more were purchased.
  • Returns of software products activated via license code are not accepted.

12. Payment Refund

The refund of the amounts paid by the customer will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

BRILDOR SL will refund the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date the right of withdrawal is received.

Unless BRILDOR SL has offered to collect the goods itself, in sales contracts the company may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods, or until the consumer has provided proof of having returned them — whichever occurs first.

13. Return Faulty Goods

The period to request a return is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

If the product is not in good condition and the reason is not attributable to the customer, the customer is entitled to return the product, informing BRILDOR SL of the reason for the return through any of the contact methods provided in these Terms and Conditions, at no cost to the customer. For defective products outside mainland Spain, the item will not be replaced but refunded. This type of return due to defect or poor condition shall not be considered a right of withdrawal.

BRILDOR SL undertakes to cover the cost of the return and replace the product with a new one in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

If the user wishes to submit a complaint, they must contact us via email at customersupport@brildor.com or in writing at CL CONSTITUCION Nº 7, PG INDUSTRIAL DE BENIMAR, 03827 BENIMARFULL (ALICANTE), Spain. BRILDOR SL also provides official complaint forms available to consumers and users upon request.
