More information about round moulds for badge making machines
Exchangeable. One mould can be removed, and another one placed in the machine just as quickly and easily.
Each mould is made of 3 pieces which are placed in the machine manually. No tools are required.
Part A of the mould personalises the front of the badge.
Part B of the mould snaps the back of the badge to the previously personalised front side.
The Upper Part of the mould puts pressure on Parts A and B so that both of them can achieve their purpose.
Part B available for Ø75 mm badges with compact mirror back. This badge model requires a deeper Part B to be purchased separately (Ref. 037600). This part is used in combination with Part A and the Upper Part of the Ø75 mm round badge mould (Ref. 032717).
Suitable for Brildor XXL and Evolution badge making machines. With previous models of our machines, you may use these moulds except those measuring Ø75 mm (Parts A and B) and Ø100 mm (Ref. 032717, Ref. 037600 and Ref. 032718).
Moulds are packed and delivered in a cardboard box with inner protection material.
Moulds for badges of Ø44 mm, Ø58 mm,Ø75 mm and Ø100 mm include collets to be used when required.
Its purpose is to increase the height of the front plate or the back plate when inserted into Part A or Part B of the mould.
In the case of moulds for badges of Ø44 mm, Ø58 mm and Ø75 mm the collet must be placed in Part B. Ensures that the back plate is fully embedded in the front plate and both are correctly tightened by pressure from the Upper part of the mould. You may use as many collets as needed at the same time, depending on the thickness of the back.
The mould collet for Ø100 mm badges allows to increase the height of the front plate when inserted in Part A. It helps the design and the protective plastic film to fit the plate well.
Quantity of collets supplied: 5 collets with Ø44 mm and Ø75 mm moulds, 2 collets with the Ø58 mm mould and only 1 collet for the Ø100 mmmould.
Periodically tighten the screws of the moulds using a hex key. They can be loosened by pressure exerted on them when the production level is high.
