DESCRIPTION

• Consist of 3 parts that are installed in the machine manually. No tools required
  • Part A: used to customise the front plate of the badge
  • Part B: presses the back plate onto the previously customised front plate
  • Top part: applies pressure to Parts A and B so that each part achieves its function
• The washers are placed in Part B to adjust the height of the back plate. They ensure it fits with the front plate when pressed with the machine. As many washers as needed can be used at the same time
• They are also compatible with the pneumatic badge machine now discontinued (Ref. 038068)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Part B of the Ø75 mm mould is not suitable for assembling double mirror badges (Ref. 037603). You must replace it with the Part B XXL, which is deeper
• All moulds are compatible with older versions of our badge machines. Except the Ø75 mm and its Part B (Refs. 032717 and 037600)
• It is advisable to periodically tighten the mould screws using an Allen key
