DESCRIPTION

• Each mould consists of 3 parts that are installed in the machine manually. No tools are required
  • Part A: used to customise the front plate of the badge
  • Part B: presses the back plate of the badge onto the previously customised front plate
  • Upper part: applies pressure to Parts A and B so that each achieves its purpose
• The moulds are delivered packed in a cardboard box that includes protective material along with the badge set

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• It is advisable to periodically tighten the mould screws using an Allen key. They may loosen due to the pressure exerted on them when production levels are high
