DESCRIPTION

• Chrome steel mould, highly durable
• 1 complete badge consists of:
  
  • 1 transparent protective film (acetate)
  • 1 front metal plate for placing the design
  • 1 back metal plate, which varies according to the model
    

IMPORTANT

• The magnet for magnet badges is supplied separately. It is flexible and has an adhesive backing to attach it to the back.
• Mirror badges include a round cardboard backing
• To assemble badges with a double mirror back, you must use:
  • Part A and the Upper Part of the round mould of Ø75 mm (Ref. 032717)
  • The special Part B with greater depth of Ø75 mm which must be purchased separately (Ref. 037600)
• Each bag of badges includes 10 or 100 complete badge sets (front + back + acetate)

To view the templates, open the PDF file using Photoshop. Remember to enable the layers:

HOW TO CUSTOMISE ROUND BADGES OF Ø75 MM?

STEP 1: Print the design

• Always use a template with cutting and bleed guides
• Make sure the design has a margin for folding
• Print on paper of 100–110 g/m² for an optimal finish

STEP 2: Cut out the design

• Cut along the outermost edge of the template
• You can use scissors, a punch press, or a plotter depending on the volume and precision you need

STEP 3: Assemble the badge

• Install the circular mould of Ø75 mm. For double mirror badges, use the Part A and the Part B specific for this model, available in the product purchase list
  
• Part A of the mould:
  
  • Place the front plate (sharp edge facing down)
  • Place the cut-out design on top
  • Add the protective film
  • Rotate the base until the Part A with the upper part
  • Press the lever and raise it again
• Part B of the mould:
  
  • Place 1 or 2 washers in the Part B (included with the mould). The number depends on the type of back, so we recommend performing preliminary tests
  • Place the back plate with the sharp edge facing up, aligning it with the pin. For mirror or double mirror badges: first the frame (metal rim facing up), then the mirror (facing down) and finally the cardboard backing.
  • Rotate the base until it aligns with the upper part
  • Press the lever again
  • Your badge is now ready
  • For the magnet model, attach the magnet to the back of the badge
