DESCRIPTION

• Soft-touch vinyl, ideal for adding a three-dimensional effect to your cap, T-shirt, sweatshirt designs, etc.
• Polyester (PET) liner with adhesive, acting as a carrier
• 25-metre rolls have an inner cardboard core of Ø7.5 cm
• Can be cut with a laser machine or plotter

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• No blockout: on dark polyester fabrics, the base colour may migrate and affect the vinyl's shade during transfer

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

^(*) Due to the thickness of the material, use a low speed and low cutting force on the plotter; it is also recommended to carry out test cuts beforehand.

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

• Temperature: 150 °C
• Time: 20–25 seconds
• Pressure: 2.5/3.5 bar [medium pressure]

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Cut the design in mirror mode using a cutting plotter
• Remove excess vinyl (weeding operation)
• Preheat the heat press to 150 °C
• Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 2–3 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
• Place the vinyl on the garment and a protective sheet over the vinyl
• Press at medium pressure for 20–25 seconds
• Remove the liner warm

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Wash the garment inside out in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 60 °C
• Air dry or tumble dry at low temperature
• Iron inside out
• Do not use bleach

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Store in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight
• Shelf life: 2 years
