WHAT TYPE OF ROLL CUTTING DO WE OFFER?

We make cross cuts of full rolls We cut the roll into pieces with the width you specify (minimum 10 cm)

HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK?

BEFORE REQUESTING IT

• The roll you wish to cut must be a full roll: 25 m, 45 m, 50 m, 75 m, 100 m, 120 m, 150 m ...
• Add it to your basket
• Take note of the reference of the chosen roll
• If you are cutting several rolls, make sure to add them all to your basket, whether or not they have the same reference

REQUESTING THE SERVICE

1. Enter the roll reference

• Write in the "Roll reference" field the exact reference of the vinyl, sublimation paper, canvas, etc. you want to cut

2. Select the number of cuts

• Indicate how many cuts the roll should have
• Each usable cut must be at least 10 cm wide

3. In Description, specify the distribution of the cuts

• In the “Description” field, specify how the cuts should be distributed
  Example: 5x20 cm (total 5 cuts of 20 cm each)
• Make sure the total sum of the cuts equals the width of the roll

4. Indicate the number of rolls to cut

• Specify how many rolls of the same reference you want to cut with that same distribution. Remember to add the same number of rolls to your basket
• If you need different cuts for other rolls, you must place a separate order for each type

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• This service can only be requested for cutting full rolls. It does not apply to smaller formats of the same material
• The service cannot be requested if the roll has not been previously added to your basket
• If the number of cuts and the measurement are not specified in the description, the order will not be processed
• The cost of the cutting service does not include the price of the roll. It is charged separately

Roll: sublimation paper (43 cm x 50 m) Order: 3 cuts Description: 3 x 10 cm + 13 cm = 43 cm You will receive: 3 pieces of 10 cm x 50 m 1 piece of 13 cm x 50 m

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I request this service to cut any roll into pieces?

No. This service is only available for full rolls of 25 m, 45 m, 75 m, 100 m... They must have an inner tube or core

2. Can I request the cutting service without first adding the roll to my basket?

No. It is essential that the roll is in your basket before adding this service.

3. What happens if I do not specify how to distribute the cuts?

The order will not be processed if you do not specify the quantity and size of the cuts in the "Description" field.

4. Can I request cuts of less than 10 cm?

No. The minimum permitted width for usable cuts is 10 cm.

5. Can I request only one usable cut?

Yes, but you must specify the size of the cut.

6. Is the cutting price included in the roll?

No. The cutting service is charged separately from the price of the roll.

7. Can I cut several rolls of the same reference in the same way?

Yes. You just need to indicate how many rolls you want to cut in the same way.
Make sure you have added the required number of rolls to your basket before confirming the service.

8. What if I want two rolls of the same reference to be cut differently?

You must add both rolls to your basket and then add a cutting service for each one.

9. What should I do if I want to cut two rolls of different references in the same way?

You must also place separate orders for each reference. In this case, specify the same description of cuts for both rolls.
