RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 180ºC
  • Remove the cap from the bottle
  • Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
  • Place a suitable heating element over the bottle and insert it into the mug press
  • Press for 65 seconds, medium pressure
  • Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed water bottle
  • Carefully peel off the paper

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  • Take the caps off the bottle
  • Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
  • Adjust the wrap around it or slide it in a heat shrink bag and create a vacuum with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Sublimate in the oven for 7 minutes
  • Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
  • Carefully peel off the paper
