RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180ºC
Remove the cap from the bottle
Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
Place a suitable heating element over the bottle and insert it into the mug press
Press for 65 seconds, medium pressure
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed water bottle
Carefully peel off the paper
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Take the caps off the bottle
Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the wrap around it or slide it in a heat shrink bag and create a vacuum with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 7 minutes
Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
