RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
USING A MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the bottle cap
- Place the printed side of the paper around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Insert the bottle into the mug press
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 120 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bottle
- Carefully remove the paper
USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180 ºC
- Remove the bottle cap
- Place the printed side of the paper around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Fit and adjust the clamp or, alternatively, place the bottle inside a shrink bag and shrink it with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 6 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
- Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
