RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200ºC
- Remove the lid from the bottle
- Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
- Put the bottle into the mug press
- Press for 120 seconds, medium-high pressure
- Remove the newly printed bottle using a protective glove
- Carefully peel off the paper
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- Remove the lid from the bottle
- Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
- Place and adjust the wrap around it or slide it in a heat shrink bag and shrink with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate inside the oven for 6 minutes
- Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
- Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
