DESCRIPTION
- Suitable for food use. They do not transfer taste to the drink
- Cylindrical aluminium body with glossy white sublimable exterior coating
- BPA-free plastic lid and spout
- Cap attached to the lid. Dispenser with screw closure and silicone gasket to prevent leaks during use
- Mouth wide enough to easily fill and clean the bottles. Bottle neck with black plastic coating
- Folding handle on the cap for hanging the bottles with a carabiner (See Related Products)
- Supplied in a kraft cardboard box
- The bottles can also be personalised using other techniques such as laser engraving, screen printing, adhesive vinyl, transfer and UV DTF

- Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave
- Not suitable for sublimation in an oven. The neck of the bottle has a black plastic coating that may deform with heat

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 °C
- Remove the cap from the bottle
- Place the printed design around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Place the bottle in a suitable heating element and then insert it into the mug press
- Ensure the neck of the bottle remains outside the press
- Close the press with medium pressure for 65 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bottle
- Carefully remove the paper
