DESCRIPTION

• Suitable for full sublimating tumblers, water bottles or cups with a diameter of less than 7.6 cm
• Cut the silicone wrap to fit the blank object
• Can be used as a die to press products with delicate parts that can burn, such as velcro or seals. Also to give height and protect accessories during sublimation such as zips, buttons, fasteners and more

SHEET THICKNESS DEPENDING ON THE DIAMETER OF THE OBJECT

Choose the silicone sheets according to the diameter of the object to be sublimated. Data indicated by the supplier as a guideline:

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The thicker wrap is stronger and more durable, but less adaptable to the item. The thinner wrap allows for faster sublimation
• Depending on the amount of wraps used and their thickness, the sublimation parameters indicated by the manufacturer may need to be adjusted. We recommend testing beforehand

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before using the silicone wrap, preheat it in the mug press. Here is how to do it:

1. Choose a similar object to the one you are going to sublimate
2. Cover it with protective paper
3. Put the silicone wrap
4. Insert it in the press holding the film with your fingers at 180ºC for 60 seconds^(*)
   
5. Meanwhile, prepare the item you want to sublimate. Place the printed sublimation paper on the object and cover it with protective paper
6. Once the preheating time is over, remove the test object from the press
7. Wrap the blank object with the silicone sheet
8. Insert it in the press and sublimate it following the instructions and parameters indicated by the manufacturer

^(*) If you have the Cricut Mug Press (Ref. 049241), you can use level 1 (low level) to preheat the silicone wrap.
