More information about the silicone sheets for sublimation oven
Rectangular-shaped. Translucent white colour.
The thicker the sheet is, the more resistance and durability it has. However, adaptability to the item will be reduced.
For straight-shaped objects, it is more convenient to use 1 mm thick sheets. If it is curved, like a bowl or bottle, 0.5 mm sheets will be recommended.
In Related Products, you will find some accessories and supplies that may be very useful when using silicone sheets for sublimation.

HOW TO USE THE SILICONE SHEETS FOR SUBLIMATION?
With scissors or a cutter, trim the sheet to the needed size to cover the item you are going to sublimate.
Place the sublimation paper, printed with the design you want to transfer, on the item.
Fix the paper to the item with heat resistant tape to prevent it from moving.
Cover the item with the previously cut silicone sheet.
Hold the sheet with clamps, applying enough pressure to fit it correctly to the item. The paper should be totally adhered to it, without wrinkles.
In case the item has a handle or irregular areas, you can use heat resistant tape to adjust the silicone sheet to it.
Introduce the item with the silicone wrap in the oven.
RECOMMENDATIONS
When trimming the silicone sheet, clean cuts should be made to avoid tearing the edges.
To prevent the silicone sheet from being stained with ink, you should insert protective paper between it and the paper printed with the design.
