  • Stainless steel with white glossy sublimation coating
  • Black plastic lid, BPA Free
  • Screw lid with carrying handle
  • Flip spout that opens and closes airtight, leak proof
  • Can be sublimated with a mug heat press using 10-11 oz heating elements
  • It can also be personalised with a sublimation oven using wraps, silicone sheets or heat shrink bags

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given as a guide only. They may vary due to many factors, such as the type of sublimation paper, ink or ambient temperature. Therefore, testing is recommended.

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 200ºC
  • Remove the lid from the bottle
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
  • Press for 180 seconds, medium-high pressure
  • Remove the newly printed bottle using a protective glove
  • Carefully peel off the paper

WITH A 3D OVEN

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 200ºC
  • Remove the lid from the bottle
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
  • Adjust the wrap around it or slide the bottle in a heat shrink bag and shrink with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Sublimate inside the oven for 8 minutes
  • Remove the heat shrink bag or wrap using a protective glove
  • Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
