DESCRIPTION

• Stainless steel with glossy white sublimation coating
• Black plastic lid, Bisphenol A free (BPA Free)
• Screw cap with carrying handle
• The lid features a plastic spout that opens and closes securely, leak-proof
• Sublimatable using a mug heat press with cylindrical elements of 10-11 oz
• Can also be customised in a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets or shrink bags
• Supplied in a white cardboard box

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Although the interior is rust-resistant, it is not corrosion-resistant. Avoid storing acidic, fermented or carbonated drinks for more than 24 hours. It is recommended to wash after each use

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are provided as a guide. They may vary depending on factors such as the sublimation paper used, inks, or ambient temperature. For this reason, testing is recommended.

WITH MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the lid from the bottle
• Place the printed paper around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bottle
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Preheat the oven to 200 ºC
• Remove the lid from the bottle
• Place the printed design around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Attach the clamp to the bottle, or place it inside a shrink bag and apply heat with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 8 minutes
• Using a protective glove, remove the clamp or take off the shrink bag
• Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
