<p><strong>RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATING THE SHIN PADS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong> on sublimation paper</li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">190°C</span></li>
<li>Cover the lower platen of the press with protective paper</li>
<li>Place the shin pad and then the printed paper</li>
<li>Fix it with heat-resistant tape</li>
<li>Cover with protective paper</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">35 seconds</span>, <strong>medium-heavy</strong> pressure</li>
<li>With the help of aprotective glove, remove the sublimated shin pad from the press</li>
<li>Carefully peel off the paper</li>
<li>Once the press is cool, press the shin pad again for <span class="azul-negrita">10-20 seconds</span> to get rid of wrinkles or bubbles</li>

<p><strong>RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATING THE SHIN PAD SLEEVES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong> on sublimation paper</li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">180-200°C</span></li>
<li>Cover the lower platen of the press with protective paper</li>
<li>Place the shin pad sleeve and the printed paper on top of it</li>
<li>Fix the paper with heat-resistant tape</li>
<li>Cover with protective paper</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">40-45 seconds</span>, <strong>medium pressure</strong></li>
<li>Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed shin pad sleeve</li>
<li>Carefully peel off the paper</li>
<li>Press again for <span class="azul-negrita">3 seconds</span></li>
<li>If sublimation paper residue remains, press for <span class="azul-negrita">6 seconds</span></li>
<li>Repeat the same steps on the back</li>
