DESCRIPTION
- Protects the shin in different sports like football, hockey, skating and more
- Unisex, available in 2 different sizes, for children and adults
- Suitable for personalisation on the white side using a flat heat press
- Black EVA or foam backing. Reduces the impact of shocks
MATERIAL OF THE SHIN PADS
Made of 3 layers:
- 1 layer of 100% sublimation polyester fabric, 180 gsm
- 1 layer of D25 white EVA foam, 2.5 mm thick
- 1 layer of D40 black EVA foam, 5.5 mm thick

To see the layers of the template, open the PDF file using Photoshop. Remember to enable the layers.

SHIN PAD SLEEVES
- Shin guard sleeves with front pocket to put them in
- Made of elastic white polyester fabric. With holes for better breathability
- Can be sublimated with an all-over print using a heat press
- Available for kids and adults
- Symmetrical, identical left and/or right

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATING THE SHIN PADS
- Print the design in mirror image on sublimation paper
- Preheat the press to 185°C
- Cover the lower platen of the press with protective paper
- Place the shin pad and then the printed paper
- Fix it with heat-resistant tape
- Cover with protective paper
- Press for 40 seconds, medium pressure
- With the help of aprotective glove, remove the sublimated shin pad from the press
- Carefully peel off the paper
- Once the press is cool, press the shin pad again for 10-20 seconds to get rid of wrinkles or bubbles
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATING THE SHIN PAD SLEEVES
- Print the design in mirror image on sublimation paper
- Preheat the press to 180-200°C
- Cover the lower platen of the press with protective paper
- Place the shin pad sleeve and the printed paper on top of it
- Fix the paper with heat-resistant tape
- Cover with protective paper
- Press for 40-45 seconds, medium pressure
- Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed shin pad sleeve
- Carefully peel off the paper
- Press again for 3 seconds
- If sublimation paper residue remains, press for 6 seconds
- Repeat the same steps on the back
