THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
The foam should be glued to the shin pad after sublimation
The size between the models varies slightly due to the shape of the shin guards: the smooth and carbon fiber ones have a straight line side finish, while the honeycomb ones end in a curved shape, slightly more arched

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATING THE SHIN PADS
WITH SHIN PAD HEAT PRESS
Print the design in mirror image using the template, and cut out the edges with a cutter or scissors
Preheat the press to 180°C
Place the paper's printed side against the shin pad and fix it with heat-resistant tape to prevent it from moving
Place protective paper on the lower platen of the press and then the shin pad
Press for 170-190 seconds (S/M sizes) or 180-205 seconds (XXL size), medium-heavy pressure
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed shin pad
Repeat the process with the other shin pad
Carefully peel off the paper
WITH MOULDS AND A 3D VACUUM OVEN
Preheat the 3D vacuum press with the moulds inside to 200ºC and create a vacuum for 10 minutes
Print the design in mirror image and trim it around the image
Place the paper's printed side against each shin pad and fix it with heat-resistant tape
Once it is preheated, set it to 200ºC for 7-8 minutes
Using protective gloves, place the shin pads on each mould and create a vacuum
Remove any wrinkles that may have formed To do so, press with your fingers from the inside out until the wrinkles have completely disappeared
Close the oven and bake
After baking, open the oven and remove the membrane
Before taking them out from the oven and the moulds, press on the shin pads for 30 seconds to make sure they do not lose their shape
Take the shin pads out of the oven, holding them at the ends to prevent deformation
When they start to cool, remove the paper from the shin pads
Once completely cool, place the self-adhesive foam on each shin pad. Simply peel off the protecting paper from the adhesive and fix it on the back of the shin pad. Press on it for a few minutes until it has fully adhered
The shin pads are now ready to use

Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180-200ºC
Place the sleeve on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against it. Fix the paper with heat-resistant tape
Press for 40-45 seconds, medium pressure
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed shin pad sleeve

<li>Once it is preheated, set it to <span class="azul-negrita">200ºC </span>for <span class="azul-negrita">7-8 minutes</span></li>
<li>Using protective gloves, place the shin pads on each mould and <strong>create a vacuum</strong></li>
<li>Remove any wrinkles that may have formed To do so, press with your fingers from the inside out until the wrinkles have completely disappeared</li>
<li>Close the oven and bake</li>
