DESCRIPTION

• Socks for playing football or other sports activities
• Elastic bands at the top edge, ankle and instep to fit the foot
• Highly breathable fabric reinforced at the instep for greater comfort
• Wooden last with rounded edges. Used as a mould or template to facilitate the full customisation process
• Some lasts have an additional layer of paper to protect their surface. This can be easily removed

MEASUREMENTS

*Only the area of the leg without elastics is indicated, although the socks can be fully sublimated. 

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Insert a last into each sock without leaving any wrinkles
• Place the socks on the printed side of the paper and fix them with heat-resistant tape
• Place protective paper on the base of the press and put the socks on top
• Place protective paper over the sock
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed sock
• Carefully remove the paper and allow it to cool slightly
• Move the edge of the sock upwards so that the white edge is not visible when pressing the other side
• Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side
• Remove the lasts from the socks while hot and allow them to cool
