DESCRIPTION

Unisex sport style T-shirts. Designed for the user's comfort
Straight cut
Seams on the collar, sleeves and bottom hem
Can also be personalised with other techniques such as embroidery, screen printing, DTF printing, DTG printing, transfer, rhinestones and heat transfer vinyl

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

The black T-shirt is not suitable for sublimation. It is recommended to use an alternative technique
Before sublimating, you should bear in mind that these colours will blend with those of the image you want to print, changing its tone. Choose designs with dark colours to minimise this effect

TIPS & TRICKS

Sometimes the sublimation paper leaves press lines. You can purchase anti-press lines foam to create a cushioning layer to help reduce this in Related Products
To avoid ghosting caused by slight shifts in the paper during the pressing, use temporary spray adhesive

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

Machine wash at 30 ºC maximum
Do not bleach or dry clean
Air dry preferably

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Clean the T-shirt with a lint roller to remove dust and impurities that could stain the fabric
Put protective paper inside the T-shirt to prevent the design from showing on the back
Place the T-shirt on the press' lower platen and the paper's printed side against it
Press for 40-50 seconds, medium pressure
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed T-shirt
Carefully peel off the paper
