WHAT DOES OUR SERVICE OFFER YOU?

High-quality Epson SC sublimation paper: high transfer, fast drying, sharpness and vivid colours
Printing for all types of substrates, both rigid and textile: we use multi-purpose paper of 105 g/m²
Personalisation on a wide range of products: from t-shirts to mugs, anything you want as long as they are suitable for sublimation
With your first order, you will receive our complimentary SUBLI colour chart: use it as a colour guide for your future designs. Includes a version for textiles or rigid surfaces and another adapted for 11 oz mugs

HOW TO SEND YOUR DESIGN?

Download the PDF template or PNG. If you use the PNG template, open it with: Photoshop, Affinity Photo, or your preferred image editor
Minimum resolution of 300 ppi/dpi
Important: if exporting from Photoshop to PNG, select "Save As" to avoid resolution issues. Never use "Export As"
Direct mode, not mirrored. The printer automatically generates the mirrored mode. If you want it in direct mode, send us the design mirrored
We only accept files in PNG, JPG and PDF formats
Upload your designs on a canvas of 110 cm wide x 50 cm long. Add to the basket the number of times you want it printed
You can print more than one canvas by clicking the button: add new design

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE WITH YOUR ORDER?

A roll with your printed design, with as many half-metres as you have purchased
Free colour chart printed on the same sublimation paper

We do not offer design or editing services. If we detect any errors or have any questions about how to print your design, we will contact you before production. Please note this may delay delivery times
There may be slight variations between the colours you see on your screen and those on the sublimated paper. Use the colour chart and ensure the tone of the final result, see Related Products

GUIDE TO APPLYING YOUR DESIGN CORRECTLY

Cut the paper to the size of the design
Sublimation parameters vary depending on the type of product. Check the recommended time, temperature and pressure on each product’s page before applying the design
These are indicative values. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PRODUCT TO BE SUITABLE FOR SUBLIMATION

Textiles	Rigid
Must contain at least 60% polyester* White or light background to accurately reproduce the design’s colours***	Must have a polymer coating or be treated for sublimation Smooth and even surface

*100% cotton fabrics are not suitable for sublimation.

**On coloured textiles, the colour will blend with the image to be printed, altering its tone. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours. Black is not suitable for sublimation.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

Store in a cool, dry place until use
Avoid exposure to heat sources or direct sunlight

CANCELLATIONS

Orders for personalised products are non-refundable. However, we will resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process
Although we cannot guarantee it, we accept cancellations if the order has not entered production
