DESCRIPTION

• High-neck polar fleece, ideal for cold days as well as mountain, sports, or outdoor activities
• Anti-pilling fabric that maintains the quality of the garment for longer
• Hip adjustment with 2 pullers or cords with stopper
• Full zip fastening up to the neck, with tape-style puller for easy up and down movement
• Elastic cuffs and side pockets
• Lightweight polar fleece fabric with a soft touch
• Can also be customised using other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing or DTG

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Due to the aesthetic details of the jacket, it is recommended to sublimate in specific areas. The pockets and zip may make it difficult to sublimate the entire garment
• If you apply DTF to polar fleece, the durability of the design may be reduced with use and washing

TIPS AND ADVICE

• You can use anti-mark foam to cushion, avoid or minimise marks from the sublimation paper during pressing
• It is advisable to use a temporary spray adhesive to prevent ghosting during sublimation

MEASUREMENTS

• They may vary slightly due to normal irregularities in the garment manufacturing process

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

To maximise the lifespan of the customisation, it is recommended to:

• Wash at low temperature
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or harsh detergents
• Preferably air dry
• Wait 48 h before the first wash
• If ironing is necessary, do so inside out and at a low temperature

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated for guidance purposes. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 °C
• Use a lint roller to clean the garment and remove impurities or dust that may cause stains
• Place protective paper inside the jacket to prevent the design from sublimating onto the back
• Place the jacket on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper onto the jacket
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed jacket
• Carefully remove the paper
