DESCRIPTION
- Multi-purpose neck or head buffs
- Quick-drying. Do not absorb moisture
- Tubular scarf shape, without side or edge seams. Open at both ends to allow the head to pass through
- Customisable over the entire surface
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Before customising yellow, grey, pink, orange, and red neck gaiters, please note that the colours will blend with the image to be sublimated, altering its tone. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours
- For black neck gaiters, it is recommended to customise them with a technique other than sublimation, as the design colours will be imperceptible with this method
- To customise with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also, ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC. Preferably use a delicate cycle
- Do not use bleach
- If ironing is required, do so inside out at a maximum temperature of 110 ºC
- Do not dry clean
- Air dry
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place protective paper inside the gaiter to prevent ink from transferring from one side to the other and staining it
- Place the gaiter on the press and the paper with the printed design on top of the gaiter. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 35-55 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated neck gaiter
- Carefully remove the paper
- Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the neck gaiter
