THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before customising the blue, pink or green neck gaiter, you should bear in mind that the colours will blend with those of the image to be sublimated, altering its shade. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours
• To customise with DTF, follow the time, temperature and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC. Preferably use a delicate cycle
• Do not use bleach
• Iron at a maximum temperature of 110 ºC
• Do not dry clean
• Air dry

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place protective paper inside the gaiter to prevent the ink from transferring from one side to the other and staining it
• Place the gaiter on the press and the paper with the printed design on top of the gaiter. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 35-55 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated neck gaiter
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the neck gaiter
