WHAT DOES OUR SERVICE OFFER YOU?

• High-quality films, printed and cured for immediate application
• Easy peel: remove the film when hot, warm, or cold. Avoid rushing and reduce the risk of burns as it is not instantaneous
• Designs printed in a wide range of vivid and intense colours, with sharp edges
• Matte effect personalisations with great flexibility and wash resistance
• Blockout effect transfers, preventing ink migration on polyester textiles
• Applications on any colour thanks to its white ink base
• Personalisations on all types of light and dark garments: 100% cotton, polyester, fibre blends, nylon, lycra...
• We review your design without editing it. If we detect any errors, we will notify you so you can correct them for a perfect print

HOW TO SEND YOUR DESIGN?

• Download the PNG template or open CANVA. If using the PNG template, open it with Photoshop or Illustrator
• Use RGB colours
• Minimum resolution of 250 ppi/dpi. Higher resolution means more clarity
• Important: if exporting from Photoshop to PNG, select "Save As" to avoid resolution issues. Never "Export As"
• Direct mode, not mirrored. Send your file exactly as you want it to appear
• We only accept .png files without background. The white in the images will be printed with white ink on the film
• If your design is white or has white details, it will be printed even if not previewed
• Do not include in your designs: fine lines less than 2 mm  or gradients of any kind
• Optimise the template space but leave at least 5 mm between each graphic element for easy cutting
• Ensure the graphic elements you include on the canvas have the exact dimensions you need
• Upload your designs on a canvas of 57 cm x 1 m and then specify how many times you want it printed
• You can print more than one canvas by clicking the button: add new design

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE WITH YOUR ORDER?

• A roll with the DTF Easy Peel film printed with your design and cured. The roll will have as many linear metres as you have purchased
• A colour guide printed on DTF film so you can prepare your samples with the colour range

About your order

• We do not resize, edit, or manipulate your files in any way
• We do not offer design, editing, or cutting services
• Ensure not to add a background to the design. We are not responsible for prints with this error
• If changes are made to the order, the delivery time will be reset
• There may be slight variations between the colours you see on the screen and those on the film. Use the colour guide and ensure the final result's shade, see Related Products

About the DTF film

• Peel the film when hot, warm, or cold. It is not suitable for removal immediately after pressing
• Use a transfer press with precise temperature, pressure, and time settings for optimal and durable results
• Handle the film with gloves to avoid stains. It can easily get dirty, keep the work surface clean and dust-free

WHAT APPLICATION PARAMETERS SHOULD YOU USE?

Values are indicative. We recommend conducting preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

HOW TO APPLY YOUR DESIGN?

• Cut the DTF film to the size of the design
• Pre-press the garment for a few seconds before applying the film to remove wrinkles and moisture
• Place the film on the garment
• Press according to the application parameters specified in the table
• Remove the film continuously without pulling from above. You can remove it when hot, warm, or cold
• Re-press the garment (re-pressing), use protective paper to improve the finish and durability

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wash at a maximum temperature of 60 °C
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Do not use fabric softener or liquid detergents
• Do not tumble dry. Air drying is recommended

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Store in a cool, dry place until application
• Avoid moisture, as it can cause bubbles or stains on the DTF film

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders for personalised products are non-refundable. However, we handle any issues that may arise during the printing process
• Although we cannot guarantee it, we accept cancellations if the order has not entered production
