DESCRIPTION

• Useful for achieving prints without colour variation when using our DTF Easy Peel printing service
• Create your own colour guide by applying it on rigid or textile surfaces of different colours. Discover the resulting colour on backgrounds: red, black, orange, etc.
• Transfer the colour chart using transfer presses with precise adjustments of temperature, pressure, and time
• Applicable on all types of light and dark garments made of: 100% cotton, polyester, fibre blends, nylon, lycra...

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• In the purchase confirmation email, you will find a link to download the colour chart in digital format 
• Peel the film when hot, warm, or cold. Not suitable for removal immediately after pressing

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Transfer the colour chart to a fabric or rigid surface to view the colours without the film affecting them
2. Select your colours regardless of the format you are using (AI, PS, vector, bitmap...)
3. Apply the selected colours to the strokes and/or fills using the Pantone colour codes from your editor
4. When finished, export the file in PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi in its final size

MEASUREMENTS

APPLICATION PARAMETERS

Values are indicative. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

^(*)  The re-pressing time should be done at the same temperature as the initial pressing

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Pre-press the garment for a few seconds before applying the film to remove wrinkles and moisture
• Place the colour chart on the garment
• Press according to the application parameters specified in the table
• Remove the film continuously without pulling from above. It can be removed when hot, warm, or cold
• Re-press the garment (re-pressing), use protective paper to improve finish and durability

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wash at a maximum temperature of 60 °C
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Do not use fabric softener or liquid detergents
• Do not tumble dry. It is recommended to air dry
  

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Store in a cool, dry place until application
• Avoid humidity, as it may cause bubbles or stains on the DTF film
