DESCRIPTION

• High-quality films, printed and cured for immediate application
• Easy peel: remove the film when hot, warm, or cold. Avoid rushing and reduce the risk of burns as it is not instantaneous

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The film can be removed when hot, but not immediately after pressing
• Use a transfer press with precise temperature, pressure, and time settings for optimal and long-lasting results
• Handle the film with gloves to avoid stains. It can easily get dirty, so keep the work surface clean and dust-free

APPLICATION PARAMETERS

Values are indicative. We recommend conducting preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Cut the DTF film to the desired size
• Pre-press the garment for a few seconds before applying the film to remove wrinkles and moisture
• Place the film on the garment
• Press according to the application parameters specified in the table
• Remove the film continuously without pulling from above. It can be removed when hot, warm, or cold
• Re-press the garment (re-pressing), using protective paper to improve finish and durability

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 °C
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Do not use fabric softener, bleach or harsh detergents
• Do not tumble dry. Air drying is recommended
• Wait 48 h before the first wash
• Iron inside out or protect the design with protective paper

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Store in a cool, dry place until application
• Avoid humidity, as it can cause bubbles or stains on the DTF film
