DESCRIPTION
- Reinforced sleeves, neck, and bottom hem with double stitching
- Sublimable over the entire surface, including seams (all over or full print designs)
- Children's t-shirts in white with a non-deformable round neck
- Slightly fitted and breathable. Suitable for all types of sports and outdoor activities
- You can also personalise them with other techniques such as DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, textile vinyl and screen printing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Use protective paper on the heat press plates to prevent ink stains
- It is advisable to use a temporary spray adhesive to avoid ghosting during sublimation
- You can use anti-mark foam to cushion, avoid or minimise sublimation paper marks during pressing
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- T-shirts may show slight variations in shade, size by measurement, and shape. This depends on the production batch

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
- Do not bleach, dry clean, or tumble dry
- Iron at a maximum temperature of 110 ºC
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated for guidance purposes. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Use a lint brush to clean the t-shirt and remove impurities or dust that may cause stains
- Place the t-shirt on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the t-shirt
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 40-50 seconds
- Use a protective glove to remove the freshly printed t-shirt
- Carefully remove the paper
