DESCRIPTION

• Ideal as souvenirs and gifts for events and celebrations such as weddings, stag parties, birthdays...
• Plates with a white sublimable glossy finish. Non-sublimable silver reverse
• Includes 2 sublimable aluminium plates (top and bottom)
• Locking tab prevents the lighter from closing when in use
• Supplied in a metal case with a cardboard sleeve
• The reverse side of the lighters can also be personalised by laser engraving

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable side of the plate has a clear protective plastic film that must be removed before sublimation
• The customisable area contains adhesive to attach the plate once sublimated
• It is recommended to carefully fix the plate to the base. Once adhered, it may break if you try to remove it
• Check the position of the plates on the lighter, they only fit in a specific position. The bottom plate is not completely square and must be adjusted according to its shape, and the top plate should be placed with the curve facing upwards

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance purposes. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Check the position of the plates as indicated. See note
• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the protective film from the sublimable side of the plate
• Place the printed side of the paper on the plate. Secure them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Place the plate on the lower platen of the press
• Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the plate
• Carefully remove the paper
• Remove the paper covering the adhesive on the lighter lid and place the sublimated plate
• Press the plate firmly onto the lid
