DESCRIPTION
- Very fast electronic ignition, flameless, wind-resistant

BATTERY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Before first use, charge the battery using the USB cable until the LED light indicates it is charged (steady light)
- Slide the lighter's cover down to open
- Press the side button and wait 3 seconds or until the ignition element turns red
- Hold the cigarette at a distance of 2-3 mm from the ignition element until it lights
- Slide the cover up to close the lighter
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the protective film from the printable side of the sheet
- Place the printed side of the paper against the sheet. Fix them with heat-resistant tape
- Place the sheet on the lower platen of the press
- Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
- Remove the newly printed sheet using a protective glove
- Peel off the paper carefully
- Adhere the double-sided adhesive to the lighter's cover
- Remove the protective paper from the other side of the adhesive and fix the personalised sheet
- Repeat the same process with the other sheet
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Do not charge the battery until it is completely discharged
- Once the battery is charged, disconnect the lighter from the power source as soon as possible
- Immediately after charging the battery, ignite the lighter several times to release some charge
- Do not press the cigarette against the lighter's ignition element. Tar and tobacco residues shorten the lifespan of the ignition element
- Do not prolong the cigarette ignition for more than 10 seconds
- Keep the lighter out of reach of children
- Do not disassemble the lighter
- Avoid prolonged exposure of the lighter to heat
- Do not immerse the lighter or any of its components in water or other liquids
