RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the printed design around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press at a medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated mug
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180 ºC
- Place the printed design around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Adjust the clamp or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or shrink bag, as applicable
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
