DESCRIPTION

• White mugs with standard size. The most used and known in the customisation sector
• Coating that provides vibrant colours across the entire surface
• Smooth surface ensuring uniform printing
• Microwave and dishwasher safe. ORCA mugs withstand up to 3,000 washes without losing print colour
• Customisable with a transfer press using 11 oz elements. Also with a sublimation oven using mug clamps of 10-11 oz, silicone sheets or shrink bags
• Suitable for food consumption. EU certified
• Presented in a cardboard box with dividers

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the printed design around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press at a medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated mug
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 180 ºC
• Place the printed design around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Adjust the clamp or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or shrink bag, as applicable
• Carefully remove the paper from the mug
