  • Fully certified according to food-grade EU regulations.
  • Depending on the batch, the mugs may have an ORCA Coatings sticker on their base which can be removed with water or heat.
  • There may be some small irregularities on non-printable areas such as handles, on the base or inside, but never on their printable area.

Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

  • Print the design in mirror image.
  • Preheat the press to 200ºC with an 11oz Mug Heater.
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
  • Press for 180 seconds, medium-heavy pressure.
  • Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug.
  • Remove the paper carefully.

WITH A MUG OVEN/3D VACUUM

  • Print the design in mirror image.
  • Preheat the sublimation oven to 200ºC.
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape.
  • Attach a wrap for oven sublimation or a silicone sheet around the mug. You can also create a vacuum using a heat shrink bag.
  • Place the mug in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • At the end of the process, remove the mug using a protective glove.
  • Remove the paper carefully.
