Get free € to redeem on your next order by buying these products. Discover the Brildor Loyalty Program

Brildor Club is a direct discount program for your purchases. Whenever you place an order (minimum purchase of €10), some discount balance will be generated into your customer account for you to use on your next purchase. The more you buy, the more you save.
You will get access to the Brildor Club as soon as you register as a new customer, and will receive a €5 welcome balance.

How do I get some discount balance?

As a Regular Brildor Member:

  • On orders up to €180, you may receive €0.20 for every €10 you spend
  • On orders over €180, you may receive €0.30 for every €10 you spend
  • We will give you an extra €10 if you make 10 purchases over €100

As a Premium Brildor Member:

  • On orders up to €180, you may receive €0.25 for every €10 you spend
  • On orders over €180, you may receive €0.375 for every €10 you spend

Who are Premium Brildor Members?

If over the last 12 months your purchases have exceeded €3,000, you will automatically be upgraded to the Premium Brildor Member category. This amount is checked daily. As soon as you reach it, you will become a Premium Member the day after.

Terms and conditions of the Brildor Club

  • Loyalty balance will be added when placing an order with an immediate payment method (Credit/debit card, Paypal and Pagantis).
  • Your balance will show in the "Your credit" section inside "Your account", and you can use it by selecting "Payment methods".
  • You can use your balance without needing to have a minimum accumulated amount or reach a minimum order value. Nonetheless, you won't be able to get a higher discount than your order value.
  • Balance expires after 6 months without making any purchase.
  • The balance is calculated on the net amount of the purchase: excluding taxes, shipping, coupons, and promotional discounts.
  • The cancellation of an order implies the loss of the balance generated in that purchase.
  • On a full-order return, the amount to be refunded will be the amount paid by the customer.
  • If the return of the order is due to causes beyond the control of Brildor, the redeemed balance won't be restored. However, the balance generated with this purchase won't be removed.

How to personalise Ø58 mm button badges?

STEP 1: PRINT THE DESIGN

  • Design the motif that you want to place on the badge. Use images, photos, logos... and a lot of creativity.
  • Prepare a template according to the size and shape of the badge. Remember that the template must have an additional border, on the outside, to fold and attach the design to the back of the badge.
  • Print your design on paper, with your usual printer. It is recommended to use paper sheets with a 100-110 g/m2 thickness. You can personalise badges with other materials like fabric or vinyl but, for an easier explanation, we will suppose you will be using paper.

Download the template to help you print your button badges in eps, psd or pdf format.

STEP 2: TRIM THE DESIGN

  • Cut the printed paper on the outermost edge. You may use scissors or a utility knife (cutter). It is convenient to use a die cutting machine or a plotter to be able to cut several designs at the same time. It will help you gain precision and speed, achieving a straight, clean, and homogeneous cut. (see in Related Products).

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE BADGES

  • Prepare the badge making machine. For this example, we will suppose you are using a manual one. If you own a pneumatic machine, the steps are very similar.
  • Set up the Ø75 mm round mould. If you are personalising compact mirror badges, you must use this mould's Part A and the specific Part B designed for this model. You will find it in the product purchase list.
  • Place the front of the badge on the mould's Part A, with the sharp metal edge down.
  • On this plate, place the design that you previously trimmed, and cover it with the protective plastic film.
  • Rotate the base until the Upper Part aligns with Part A.
  • Hold the machine with one hand and push the lever down with the other one. Apply pressure and pull the lever up. The front plate will remain on the upper mould.
  • Place 1 or more collets on Part B. These collets come with the mould. The number of collets to use will depend on the back of the badge. It is recommended to carry out previous tests to determine if it is necessary to use them and if so, how many are required.
  • Place the back of the badge on Part B, with the sharp metal edge up. Try to align the plate with the positioning pin to ensure its correct orientation. In the case of mirror or pocket mirror badges, you must first place the frame with the metal edge up, then the mirror face down, and finally the cardboard shim.
  • Rotate the base of the machine until the Upper Part aligns with Part B.
  • Hold the machine with one hand and push the lever down with the other one. Apply pressure and pull it back up.
  • Rotate the base of the machine again and remove the badge.
