DESCRIPTION

POLI-FLEX BLOCKOUT SOFT is a cast ecological PU (polyurethane) film for textile transfer.

• Offers high elasticity, a pleasant feel, and very high adhesion
• The carrier or liner is a self-adhesive PET (polyester) film that acts as a transporter
• The 25-metre rolls have a cardboard core of Ø7.5 cm
• The raw materials used are ecological, containing no PVC, plasticisers, or heavy metals, and are certified according to the ecological standard Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Category I
• Manufactured in Germany by Poli-Tape

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Avoid pre-ironing the garment to prevent sublimation migration

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

^(*) Prevents the colour of the textile from transferring to the vinyl during application

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

• Temperature: 130 ºC
• Time: 5 seconds
• Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Cut the design in mirror mode with a cutting plotter
• Weed the excess vinyl (weeding operation)
• Heat the press to 130 ºC
• Place the vinyl on the garment and protective paper over the vinyl
• Press at medium pressure for 5 seconds
• Remove the liner hot
• Press the fabric again for 2 seconds with the same parameters

ANTI-SUB DYE VINYL COMPARISON

We offer a selection of textile vinyls that share the characteristic of preventing colour migration from the garment to the vinyl. To help you choose the one that best suits your needs, we hope you find the following comparison table useful:

Vinyls that are expressly anti-sub dye are thicker because they have an inserted sheet that acts as a blocker. You should consider the thickness due to its impact on the final feel of the garment.

ATTENTION Although the Turbo textile vinyl is not expressly designed as anti-sub dye, the fact that it can be applied at a low temperature allows it to avoid this issue as well.

WASH RESISTANCE

• Wash resistance: max. 60 ºC
• Wash the garment inside out
• Mild detergent can be used
