DESCRIPTION

• Semi-matte finish
• Made of white polyurethane with a blockout interlayer
• Thickness: 140 µ
• Liner: 100 µ polyester non-adhesive film (do NOT use as carrier)
• Adhesive: Polyurethane-hotmelt
• Do not transfer on nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation. For these cases use Poli-Flex Nylon
• Made in Germany by Poli-Tape

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• After printing the vinyl, it should be left to dry. Transfer it to the garment once the ink is dry to the touch

APPLICATION

• Print in direct mode
• Let the ink dry
• Avoid pre-pressing the garment to avoid sublimation migration
• We recommend applying it with Poli-Tack 853 o 854 application tapes, available in Related Products
• Washing resistance up to 60ºC. Wash inside out

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

• Temperature: 350ºC
• Time: 5 seconds
• Pressure: Medium 2.5 - 3.5 bar
  

ANTI-SUBLIMATION FILM COMPARISON

We offer a selection of heat transfer vinyl which avoid the colour migration from the garment to the vinyl. In order for you to choose the one that suits you best, check the following comparison table:

The vinyls that are expressly anti-sublimation are thicker because they have a blockout interlayer. You should consider the thickness because of the effect it will have on the final product

ATTENTION Although the Turbo vinyl is not expressly conceived as anti-sublimation, the fact that it can be applied at low temperatures also avoids this problem.
