DESCRIPTION
POLI-FLEX NYLON is an eco-friendly PU (polyurethane) film for heat transfer on elastic and/or water-repellent fabrics, i.e., highly water-resistant.
- Multi-layered with a special Hot Melt coating that melts and bonds to the fabric when heated. Once cooled, the vinyl regains its rigidity and adheres to the fabric
- Does not crack when stretched
- The carrier or liner is a self-adhesive PET (polyester) film that acts as a transport tape
- 25-metre rolls have a cardboard core of Ø7.5 cm
- The raw materials used are eco-friendly, PVC-free, free of plasticisers and heavy metals, and certified according to the ecological standard Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Category I
- Manufactured in Germany by Poli-Tape

TRANSFER PARAMETERS
- Cutting blade: 45º
- Temperature: 150 ºC
- Time:
- 4 seconds (transfer)
- 10 seconds (fixing)
- 4 seconds (transfer)
- Pressure: 2.0 bar [medium pressure]
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the design in mirror image using a cutting machine
- Remove the excess vinyl (weeding)
- Preheat the press to 150 ºC
- Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
- Place the vinyl on the garment and cover it with protective paper
- Press at medium pressure for 4 seconds
- Remove the liner warm
- Press again for 10 seconds with the same parameters to fix the vinyl
WASHING RESISTANCE
- Washing resistance: max. 40 ºC
- Wash the garment inside out.
- Suitable for dry cleaning.
- Detergents can be used.
