High-quality stainless steel, type 301 on the outside and type 201 on the inside
Anti-drip screw cap with a rubber seal that makes the bottle leak-proof. Made of 304 stainless steel with BPA-Free plastic inside
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Although you can sublimate it with a mug heat press and 10/11oz heating elements, it may be necessary to use a heating element for smaller mugs (6/9 oz)
You can use the 10/11oz heating element by wrapping the bottle in a silicone sheet that will increase its diameter enough to fit the element. Plus, using the sheet allows for better temperature distribution
or with a sublimation oven using the Ref. 034180 clamp, silicone sheets or heat shrink bags
Due to the irregular shape of the bottle, printing it entirely can be challenging. To make it easier, it is recommended to only sublimate the cylindrical body

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200°C
Remove the cap from the bottle
Place the bottle in the press with the paper's printed side against it. Fix with heat-resistant tape
Press for 35 seconds, medium pressure.
Take out the thermos flask with the help of a protective glove
Carefully peel off the paper
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the oven to 180-200ºC
Remove the cap from the bottle
Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it using heat-resistant tape
Place and adjust the wrap around it, or insert the thermos into a heat shrink bag and shrink with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 6-7 minutes
Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
