DESCRIPTION
- 304 stainless steel interior and 201 stainless steel exterior
- Non-drip stopper with silicone seal and screw cap
- Base in white colour. Purple bottle with silver base (Ref. 055281)
- Supplied in individual white box
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The colour of the thermos varies slightly depending on the incidence of light
- Sublimatable with cup iron and oven using clamps, shrink bags or silicone foils
- Due to the irregular shape of the thermo, sublimating the entire thermo can be a complex task. For ease of use, it is recommended to sublimate only the cylindrical body of the thermo

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 180-200ºC
- Remove the lid from the bottle
- Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
- Place the bottle inside the press
- Press for 35 seconds, medium pressure
- Remove the newly printed water bottle using a protective glove
- Carefully peel off the paper
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC
- Remove the lid from the bottle
- Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
- Place and adjust the wrap around it or slide the bottle into a heat shrink bag and create a vacuum with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 6-7 minutes
- Remove the newly printed water bottle using a protective glove
- Carefully peel off the paper
