DESCRIPTION

  • Suitable for food consumption. No flavour transfer to the beverage
  • Inner wall of stainless steel 304 and outer wall of stainless steel 201. Favours the insulation thermal

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Although it can be sublimated in mug press with the 10/11oz resist, it may be necessary to use a smaller resist (6/9 oz)
  • The 10/11oz resist can be used by wrapping the thermos in a silicone foil which will increase its diameter enough to fit the resist. In addition, the use of the foil allows for better temperature distribution
  • Before sublimating, it should be noted that the image will blend in with the glitter finish. One way to minimise this effect is to choose dark coloured designs

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH CUP PLATE

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the iron to 180 °C
  • Remove the cap from the thermos
  • Place the thermos flask on the iron and the printed part of the paper on the thermos. Fix them using adhesive heat tape
  • Close the iron with medium pressure for 60 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed thermos
  • Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the oven to 180-200 °C
  • Remove the cap from the thermos
  • Place the printed design around the flask and fix them using heat-shrink tape
  • Place and tighten the clamp or insert the thermos into a heat shrink bag and peel off with the heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Sublime in the oven for 6-7 minutes
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, the silicone film or remove the bag, depending on the case
  • Carefully remove the paper from the thermos
