DESCRIPTION

• Sleeves, neck and bottom hem reinforced with double stitching
• Can be sublimated over the entire surface, including seams (all over or full print designs)
• Breathable and cotton touch
• Classic regular fit, white colour, and non-deformable ribbed crew neck
• You can also personalise them with other techniques such as DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, heat transfer vinyl and screen printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also, make sure not to exceed the maximum temperature the garment fabric can withstand

IMPORTANT NOTE

• The T-shirts may show slight variations in shade, size by size, and shape. This will depend on the manufacturing batch

TIPS AND ADVICE

• You can use anti-marking foam to cushion, avoid or minimise marks from the sublimation paper during pressing
• It is advisable to use a temporary spray adhesive to avoid the ghosting effect during sublimation

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

To maximise the lifespan of the personalisation, it is recommended to:

• Wash at low temperature
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or harsh detergents
• Preferably air dry
• Wait 48 h before the first wash
• If ironing is necessary, do so inside out and at a low temperature

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated for guidance purposes. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 °C
• Use a lint roller to clean the garment and remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
• Place protective paper inside the T-shirt to prevent the design from sublimating onto the back
• Place the T-shirt on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper onto the T-shirt
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed T-shirt
• Carefully remove the paper
