DESCRIPTION

• Sleeves, collar and bottom hem are reinforced with double stitching
• Sublimatable over the entire surface, including seams (prints all over or full)
• Adult sizes. For women and men
• Breathable and with cotton touch
• Classic regular fit, white y round neck non-deformable
• Including label with a space of 3x 2 cm for print your company or shop logo or identification. On the back washing instructions and the composition of the fabric will be visible
• You can also personalise them with other techniques such as DTF, DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, heat transfer vinyl and screen printing

TIPS AND TRICKS

• Use foam anti-marking to cushion, avoid or minimise ironing marks sublimation paper during ironing
• Clean T-shirts with a lint brush before sublimation to remove impurities or dust
• Use protective paper on the ironing plates to prevent ink stains
• Apply temporary spray adhesive on the lower platen of the press to avoid ghosting during the application of the dye sublimation printing

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print on design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 °C
• Place the t-shirt on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
• Cover with protective paper
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed t-shirt
• Carefully peel off the paper
