<h2>Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing</h2>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong></li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">180°C</span></li>
<li>Insert the jigs into the socks</li>
<li>Place the socks on the printed side of the paper and fix them with heat-resistant tape</li>
<li>Put protective paper on the lower plate of the press and lay the socks on it</li>
<li>Cover them with another layer of protective paper</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">45 seconds</span>, <strong>medium-heavy</strong> pressure</li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed socks on one side</li>
<li>Carefully remove the heat-resistant tape and paper, leaving the jig inside the sock</li>
<li>Pull the edge of the sock upwards so that the white trim is not visible when printing on the other side</li>
<li>Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side</li>
<li>Take off the jigs while hot and let them cool down</li>
