Sublimation Socks - Coolmax Cotton Touch & Jigs
Customisable mid-calf socks for sublimation. Made from highly breathable Coolmax knitted fabric, a blend of polyester (65%), polyamide (15%), cotton (15%) and elastane (5%).
- Elastic support bands at the top edge and instep
- Simplifies the sublimation process using 3mm thick MDF wooden moulds

DESCRIPTION
- Highly breathable and moisture-resistant socks thanks to their Coolmax fabric
- Quick-drying by wicking sweat from the foot to the outer layer of the sock
- Lightweight and flexible fabric with a pleasant cotton-like feel
- White in colour with black heel and toe
- Mould made of MDF (medium-density fibreboard) with rounded edges. Used as a jig or template to facilitate the complete customisation process
- They can also be customised using other techniques such as embroidery, DTF, DTG, rhinestones, transfer paper or heat transfer vinyl
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The socks are fully sublimable, but the colours of the design will not be visible on the black areas (heel and toe)
- Some wooden moulds have an additional paper layer to protect their surface. This can be easily removed

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
- Avoid using bleach
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Insert the mould into the socks
- Place the socks on the printed side of the paper and secure them with heat-resistant tape
- Put protective paper on the lower plate of the press and place the socks on top
- Cover them with protective paper
- Press at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed socks from one side
- Carefully remove the heat-resistant tape and paper, leaving the mould inside
- Move the sock edge upwards so that the white edge is not visible when printing the other side
- Repeat the same process to print the other side of the socks
- Remove the moulds from the socks while hot and allow them to cool
