DESCRIPTION
- Adult socks in polyester and lycra with a pleasant cotton touch
- White socks with black heel and toe
- With elastic bands on the leg and instep
- Wooden (MDF) jig with rounded edges. Used as a mould or jig for an easy personalisation process
- It can also be personalised with other techniques such as embroidery, DTF, DTG, HTV, strass or screen printing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- These socks can be sublimated all over, but the colours of your design will not be visible on the black areas (heel and toe)

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Hand or machine wash at 30ºC maximum
- Do not bleach or dry-clean
- Air dry preferably
- Do not iron
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 180ºC
- Insert the jigs into the socks
- Place the sock on the lower platen of the press with the paper's printed side against it
- Cover them with protective paper
- Press for 45 seconds, medium pressure
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed socks
- Carefully remove the heat-resistant tape and paper, leaving the jig inside the sock
- Pull the edge of the sock upwards so that the white trim is not visible when printing on the other side
- Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the socks
- Take off the jigs while hot and let them cool down
