<p><strong>RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING</strong></p>
<p>Parameters for <strong>guidance</strong> only. It is recommended to carry out tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.</p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong></li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">180ºC</span></li>
<li>Insert the jigs into the socks</li>
<li>Place the sock on the lower platen of the press with the paper's printed side against it</li>
<li>Cover them with protective paper</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">45 seconds</span>, <strong>medium pressure</strong></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed socks</li>
<li>Carefully remove the heat-resistant tape and paper, leaving the jig inside the sock</li>
<li>Pull the edge of the sock upwards so that the white trim is not visible when printing on the other side</li>
<li>Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the socks</li>
<li>Take off the jigs while hot and let them cool down</li>
</ul>
