DESCRIPTION

• Perfect for training, sports or outdoor activities, as well as for everyday use
• High breathability technical fabric. Prevents sweat or moisture from remaining on the garment, making it lighter and more comfortable by reducing uncomfortable friction between the fabric and the skin
• Raglan sleeve for greater freedom of movement
• Can also be customised using other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing or DTG

IMPORTANT NOTE

• The t-shirts may show slight variations in shade, size by size, and shape. This will depend on the manufacturing batch

TIPS AND ADVICE

• You can use anti-marking foam to cushion, avoid or minimise marks from the sublimation paper during pressing
• It is advisable to use a temporary spray adhesive to prevent ghosting during sublimation

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
• Avoid using bleach
• Air dry

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated for guidance purposes. It is recommended to carry out prior tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 °C
• Use a lint roller to clean the garment and remove impurities or dust that could cause stains
• Place protective paper inside the t-shirt so that the design does not sublimate onto the back
• Place the t-shirt on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper onto the t-shirt
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed t-shirt
• Carefully remove the paper
