DESCRIPTION

• Pendant with 2 parts: 1 with included adhesive to fix the sublimated plate and another as a cover with an engraved heart
• Plate with a sublimable white face, glossy finish. Silver-coloured reverse
• Link chain with adjustable lobster clasp

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable side of the plate has a protective film that must be removed before sublimating
• Replacement round plates are available in Related Products. Ref. 038967 is slightly smaller than the round pendant, but it adheres perfectly to its base

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the protective plastic from the customisable side of the plate
• Place the plate on the press and the printed side of the paper on the white side of the plate. Secure it with thermal adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
• Carefully remove the paper
• Peel off the protective paper covering the adhesive on the pendant and attach the customised plate
