IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

The white tone of the cardboard changes if exposed to a temperature above 150 °C. Therefore, we recommend:

• Press the entire surface of the cardboard to even out the colour, even if you are only printing a part
• Perform a full print to cover the background colour with the design
• Use sublimation paper with a weight of 100-105 g/m² for better results

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 °C
• Pre-press the box inside out for 10 seconds to remove moisture from the cardboard
• Place the box on the press with the shiny side up and the printed side of the paper on the shiny side of the box. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated box
• Carefully remove the paper
