DESCRIPTION
- Front panel with 4 holes for earrings and 2 slots for hanging necklaces or bracelets
- Jewellery holder easy assembly. The front panel and the base have a slot to fit these pieces together
- DM wood stand with a glossy white sublimable face. Back and edges are brown
- The sublimable face of the natural wood stand is clearer and shinier than the back
- Can also be customised by laser engraving, adhesive vinyl, UV DTF, transfer, screen printing, and UV printing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The sublimable face of the DM stand has a clear protective plastic film that must be removed before sublimation. It may also have a white paper layer that can be easily removed
TIPS AND ADVICE
- Protect the design from wear or provide a glossy finish by applying protective varnish to the wood
- Apply solid wax to the engraving on the stand for a metallic finish

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Remove the paper and clear protective plastic from the sublimable face of the stand
- Pre-press for 5-10 seconds
- Place the stand on the press and the printed side of the paper on the customisable face of the stand. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with a medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated stand
- Carefully remove the paper and finally attach the base to the stand
