DESCRIPTION

• Ideal as a personalised gift for special occasions such as Valentine's Day, anniversaries, birthdays...
• Pendant with 2 parts: 1 with included adhesive to attach the sublimated plate and another as a cover with a die-cut detail
• The chain includes an extension of 7 cm to extend and adjust its length
• Only the white side of the aluminium plate is sublimable. Silver-coloured reverse is not sublimable
• Can also be personalised by laser engraving on the reverse of the pendant

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable side of the plate has a protective film that must be removed before sublimation
• It is recommended to carefully attach the plate to the base. Once adhered, it may break if attempted to remove
• Replacement round plates available in Related Products. Ref. 038967 is slightly smaller than the round pendant but adheres perfectly to its base
  

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the protective plastic from the white side of the plate
• Place the plate on the press and the printed side of the paper on the white side of the plate. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
• Carefully remove the paper
