THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• You can personalise the sleeve by combining the sublimation technique with HTV, transfer or screen printing.
• We suggest sublimation on each side by pressing twice to achieve a complete print.
• We recommend washing the cap by hand.
• The bottle can also be customised with HTV or transfer to give it a more personal touch.

Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing

WITH A HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror image.
• Preheat the press to 180ºC
• Place the sleeve on the press’ lower platen. Slide protective paper inside the sleeve to avoid staining the other side.
• Position the printed design on the sleeve. Fix it with heat-resistant tape so it doesn’t move.
• Press for 60 - 70 seconds, medium pressure.
• Open the press. Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed sleeve.
• Remove the paper carefully.
• Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side.

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror image.
• Preheat the press to 180ºC
• Remove the lid from the bottle.
• Fit the bottle into the sleeve and place the printed design around it. Fix it with heat resistant tape.
• Place the bottle with the sleeve inside a heat shrink bag and heat it with a heat gun, making sure you get rid of all the wrinkles.
• Sublimate for 8 minutes
• Remove the heat shrink bag using a protective glove.
• Carefully take the paper out of the sleeve and remove the sleeve from the bottle.
