<p><strong>WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong></li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200ºC</span></li>
<li>Remove the caps before sublimating</li>
<li>Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">35 seconds</span>, <strong>medium pressure</strong></li>
<li>Take out the thermos flask with the help of a protective glove</li>
<li>Carefully peel off the paper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3D OVEN<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong></li>
<li>Preheat the oven to <span class="azul-negrita">200ºC</span></li>
<li>Remove the caps before sublimating</li>
<li>Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape</li>
<li>Attach an oven wrap or a silicone sheet around the flask. You can also create a vacuum using a heat shrink bag</li>
<li>Sublimate inside the oven for <span class="azul-negrita">5 minutes</span></li>
<li>Take out the thermos flask with the help of a protective glove</li>
<li>Carefully peel off the paper</li>
