DESCRIPTION

• Food grade. BPA free
• White gloss printable coating
• Flip-top screw cap and leak-proof
• Cup lid perfect for espresso or short coffee
• Ergonomic handle for easy carrying
• Cylindrical body made of 304 stainless steel inside and 201 stainless steel outside. Does not transfer flavour to the drink
• Individually packed in a cardboard box
• Printable with a sublimation heat press and oven using wraps, silicone sheets or heat shrink bags (Ref. 049293)

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Although the interior is rust-resistant, it is not corrosion-resistant. Avoid storing acidic, fermented or carbonated drinks inside for more than 24 hours. It is advisable to wash it after each use.

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200ºC
• Remove the caps before sublimating
• Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
• Press for 35 seconds, medium pressure
• Take out the thermos flask with the help of a protective glove
• Carefully peel off the paper

3D OVEN

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the oven to 200ºC
• Remove the caps before sublimating
• Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
• Attach an oven wrap or a silicone sheet around the flask. You can also create a vacuum using a heat shrink bag
• Sublimate inside the oven for 5 minutes
• Take out the thermos flask with the help of a protective glove
• Carefully peel off the paper
